Shipping Policy

We are currently shipping to United States customers, except for residents of Alaska and Hawaii.

If you are from another country, please email us of your interest to purchase our products at maadan@gmail.com. Then we will email you about the international shipping to your country.

We offer STANDARD SHIPMENT via UPS or USPS.  (If you need a fast shipment, call or email us to accommodate your need.

Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline, Maadan ships all items within one (1) day of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.

With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items you paid for.  If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item.

When we receive your return, we will process it within two(2) business days. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.

If you receive a damaged product in shipping, a defective, or a wrong item, please return it during your return and exchange period within 60 days from the date we ship the product.

Return Shipping Cost is FREE.
